Strategic Plan Report

The Strategic Plan booklet was created to highlight the five-year goals of the College of Social Science. The booklet follows the sub brand I previously created to distinguish the College of Social Science from other colleges around the university. The booklet was intended for two different audiences: faculty and donors. With this in mind, I kept the goal metrics separate from the brief descriptions to allow the donors to quickly pull the key facts and to allow the faculty to learn more about how these goals will be measured.
After the conclusion of the five-year period, a comprehensive report measuring the outcomes of each goal was created to provide an in-depth review of the work the college had accomplished. It was important to keep the design style clean and easy to read as an important tool for the alumni & development team to use when speaking with prospective donors.
Each section starts with a high level overview and key stats before diving into the full details and year-by-year metrics to show the progress of the work being done.
